The Serve2Perform Community MentorUP Program was created to provide our community with access to a structured, goal focused, and action oriented mentorship program. By focusing on three types of development, we are able to provide individuals access to certified Skills, Career, and Leadership development mentors.

For those who join the program to give back and serve as a mentor, we provide a mentor certification course to help them prepare for their mentorship engagement. We also provide them resources and support along the way as they engage with the mentees. 

 

For those who join the program to focus on their personal and professional development by serving as a mentee, we provide a brief Mentee Training session to help them prepare to leverage their mentor to the fullest.

This program is open to anyone wanting to serve as a mentor or mentee.
